Membership tiers are obtained through registration.

Each membership cycle is valid for one year from the date of registration. At the end of the cycle, a new membership cycle will begin. If the member's tier changes within the cycle, a new membership cycle will start from the date of the tier change.

Members who meet the upgrade requirements may advance to the next membership tier.

To maintain your tier status, you must meet the retention requirements: Gold requires 3 nights, Platinum requires 10 nights, and Diamond requires 15 nights within the effective 365 days.

All active members are eligible for benefits based on their current tier. Benefits are applied automatically when booking through your member account.

Discounts vary by tier: Silver 2%, Gold 5%, Platinum 10%, and Diamond 15%. Discounts are applied to room rates before taxes.

Points can be redeemed for room bookings. The redemption rate depends on your membership tier and current promotions.

Platinum members receive 1 complimentary breakfast per stay, while Diamond members receive 2. Silver and Gold members do not receive complimentary breakfast.

Late check-out times vary by tier: Silver 12:30 PM, Gold and Platinum 2:00 PM, and Diamond 3:00 PM. Subject to availability.

Benefits may not apply to special promotions, group bookings, or certain room types. Please check with our reservations team for specific eligibility.

If you do not meet the retention requirements, your membership will automatically downgrade to the appropriate tier at the end of your membership cycle.
